New Telephone System – Going Live Thursday 3rd February

We understand the frustrations that some of our patients are having with getting through to the practice via the telephone system, especially first thing (which is the busiest time of day).

We have had problems with our current telephone system since the pandemic due to the volume of outgoing calls that the clinicians are now making.

Our current system is limited to 10 lines in total so if you get a BT announcement this is because too many people are trying to get through to the practice.

We are hoping to go live with a new Cloud based system beginning February 2022 that will resolve these issues.
