KOOTH

Kooth is an anonymous digital mental health platform designed to keep children and young people safe during a crisis, as well as to help those wanting to explore a range of concerns. It provides immediate out-of-hours access to an online community of peers as well as to a team of experienced, accredited counsellors. Kooth.com also contains magazines, forums, activity centres and messaging. The platform is designed to prioritise, signpost and refer young people on as appropriate. Access to www.kooth.com is immediate. There is no need for a referral and no waiting lists. It is open 365 days per year, between 12:00-22:00 on weekdays, and 18:00-22:00 on weekends and holidays.
